I am pleased to offer a Parent Anxiety Group: Education and Support (PAGES group) that runs for four consecutive weeks on a rolling basis.  All PAGES group meetings are held on Zoom.

The PAGES group offers parents the opportunity to learn about what anxiety is, why anxiety is maintained over time, and what YOU can do at home to start to change it.  Weeks One and Two were primarily "education" with tons of learning packed into two hours!  Weeks Three and Four were tailored to "support" group members' unique needs.  You ask, I answer!  Topics covered in prior groups have included anger/difficult temperament; social anxiety; perfectionism; raising independent, resilient kids; and sleep challenges. 

The PAGES group is helpful for:
-Families waiting for treatment to become available
-Families who do not think their child/children require formal treatment but would like to learn more about how they can work on anxiety at home.
-Families who are in treatment with other clinicians but would like to learn more about cognitive behavioral approaches to anxiety and have more parental support.
