Telehealth Tips

• Please set up your device on a stable surface, rather than holding it or placing it on a bed or couch which tends to muffle the sound.  
• Please try to stay in one spot during sessions.  I am fine with a brief walk-around to show me your dog, a favorite toy, or of course, for us to do an exposure together!  But, it is challenging to carry out sessions when clients are in constant motion!
• Have paper and pen or an electronic device available for taking notes.
